Kindra Arnesen, a plaintiff and community activist in Louisiana, likewise was hopeful about today’s ruling.

“Dispersant use in the wake of the BP spill took a huge toll on my community. From 2005 to 2010, my community was healthy. There were a couple of families that had a family member fighting cancer of some sort, but things really changed after the spill,” Arnesen said. “I’ve witnessed my community experience an explosion of cancer cases. I know I went to 22 funerals in 18 months. Then, I stopped counting.”

Those that think this isn't a power grab and big pharma money grab are the reason we're still dealing with this.

Hospitals are firing people for not taking a shot but we're in the middle of a "pandemic?" Give me a break.

People letting politics fuel their medical decisions instead of speaking with their doctor is the reason we are still dealing with this.

If this is in younger people, maybe there is something to it, but if this is an older community, that’s only gotten older, it’s probably not that out of the ordinary.

While I'm not one for conspiracies in general, and I certainly don't look for them, the fact that the same pharmaceutical companies and the same approval agencies that are involved with seemingly new drug recalls every other week these days being the creators, manufacturers, and regulators of a groundbreaking, never before used, not fully vetted vaccine(s) has never exactly given me the warm and fuzzies.

Call that what you will, I'm okay with it, and I don't particularly care what you think. I believe it is perfectly reasonable to have reservations. I believe it is perfectly reasonable to have reservations and ultimately take it. I also believe it is perfectly reasonable to have reservations and ultimately not take it. The reservations part seems normal and healthy.

What community are they talking about for a dispersant that was deployed 40 miles off shore?

1. The USA has zero jurisdiction more than several miles out, no need to collude with government as it has no say.
2. The dispersant used is forbidden only in shallow water even if it used in the Santa Barbara Channel just a couple miles offshore California. It would be all good by regs and previous testing.

You obviously don't know shiite from shinola

FTR, Kindra is from way up north originally. The only place that was nuts enough to give her a voice was First Church Unitarian Universalist on Claiborne and Jefferson in NOLA.

This is the epicenter of all Communist activity in NOLA. Many of its members are paid to protest with bonuses if jailed, around the USA and this has been going on for decades. It's lpngtime now no longer pastor was a card carrying member of Communist Party USA from Boston, and head of ACLU in Louisiana for decades.

Letting the population of Mexico / South America pour through the border and bussing them throughout the South is the reason why we are still dealing with this...

Anyone know how many of the new cases in this spike are are attributed to the undocumented?

If we were really serious, don't you think the first step would be to stop the influx of the infected?
Or do you think we use that crisis to:
A) Help Big Pharma in their money grab by vaccinating the population (best case)
B) Use this to create another lockdown / exert totalitarian control over the people.
Who were the winners and losers last time?
