Even the Liberals are About Done with Covidianism

They won't admit it on social media, but in practice, most of them have given up and want normalcy again.
I was at Piedmont Park over the weekend, in midtown ATL, where liberalism is off the charts, for a music fest (if I didn't have a family obligation to be there, you wouldn't catch me in such a place).
Other than city employees, not one mask was seen of the tens of thousands of people there.
Vendors weren't wearing them. The black people weren't wearing them. The rainbow people weren't wearing them. The hipsters weren't wearing them. The Midtown Karen's weren't wearing them. The millenial / gen z crowd wasn't wearing them. Event staff wasn't wearing them. Only city employees.
This is a good thing.

The local grocery store where my neighbor's son is working a summer job has a mask mandate for employees complete with signs on the door but they don't enforce it and it's largely for show and really optional in practice.

I was in California last week in counties with mask mandates and most of the people were not complying. Out of 3 dozen times I was only asked to mask once by a fat soy boy when checking into a hotel. Americans have had enough of it. They’ll snap if they do the mask mandates.

JBE has the stupid mask mandates for INDOORS ONLY this time....last time for Outdoor public spaces too.
These bozos finally figured out the outdoor transmission was greatly over-hyped! NEVER did i wear a mask outside!

I don't understand how changing your behavior based on updated information is somehow some kind of gotcha.
Do people throw tantrums when hurricane forecasts change and they no longer need to evacuate like they were planning?

But the updated info was from the CDC saying YES you still need to wear a mask even if vaxxed!!!
And the city of ATL just reinstated the mandate!
And the libs ignored it!

I just had a moron in my office high fiving himself over the military forcing soldiers to get vaxxed. This guy wants them to put the vax in our water supply.

Christ the King Mass yesterday at 6pm was 85% masks... SMH. it was mostly the college crowd as well

I don't believe you. There is no way ten thousand people got together and no one was wearing a mask. I arrived in NOLA from Seattle Saturday night. On the Alaska Airlines flight there was a fat lady sitting on the other side of the aisle, window seat. She had on an N95 and another mask. She fussed at me for wearing my mask below my nose.
Of course, she braved the manifest dangers by removing her masks to fill her pie hole.
In West Seattle I found that, when outside at the many parks and beaches, that about 5% to 10% were still wearing masks. Inside it was over half.

I'm not aware of a mask requirement outside in a city park.
I'm pretty sure it's recommended if youre in a packed crowded space and not vaxxed.

Most of the hardcores even wear their masks pulled down half the time anyway. But hey! As long as it’s somewhere on my head I’m protected, right?
