Sexual charges against Cuomo are so dumb

I HATE Cuomo as much as anybody. His face and the sound of his voice make me feel and think terrible things. I think he is arrogant, incompetent, and guilty of crimes. That being said, the sexual harassment charges are so incredibly stupid. Asking about someone's personal life, talking about your personal life, including relationships and sex..... That's called being someone's friend and theres nothing illegal or wrong about it. Making someone uncomfortable or saying something inappropriate, that's called being human and everybody does it from time to time. Even outright propositioning someone, totally fair game. How do these prudes expect the human race to propagate unless men take chances risking rejection and embarrassment by hitting on someone not interested? Isn't being direct and honest what they wanted? Last time I checked being a man interested in adult women is normal, healthy and not illegal. Neither is being creep. Having read some of the "allegations" against him, they are so ridiculous. Like he wasn't even being a perv in some of them; completely normal ordinary encounters. Not saying he didn't harass anybody, and if he did he should be charged, but silly accusations make actual victims get taken less seriously, and destroys work on real problems . The crimes I think he committed are manslaughter, lying to the public including using Fredo show and possibly for profit, and the violation of the civil liberties of his constituents. These are what he should be investigated for and confronted on. The things they declined to look at What is even going on with our justice system, it's all turned around. Ignoring actual crimes and investigating nothing, even in the people it chooses to go after. It's terrifying how laws are being interpreted and enforced, and im happy to see cuomo go down, but why not do it right and go after him for what he did
