From what I understand, it's the same injury.
Edit, nevermind I was thinking of someone else, Josh has a stress reaction.
Second edit- I think it is the same injury, but LSU just called it a stress reaction. The pars defect injury IS a type of stress reaction.

His injury was early this season, so if all goes well, he shouldn't miss much, or maybe any time.

Will be interesting to see where Crawford goes in the draft. A lefty arm throwing that kind of heat is something teams covet, but not even having eight innings on the mound in college and then having to get TJ may be some cause for concern. Teams look at projection a whole lot more though
