Oh this is a lot better than what I thought we were going to see.
So it prevents severe disease at a very high effectiveness level, and it also still prevents infection totally at a rate as high as 40%?
Guess there is some validity now to the vaccine passport folks now. It was sounding like there wasn't an argument to why vaccinations effected others.

State and local governments will mandate masks and businesses will try to have their customers comply.
The government and media will continue to nag everybody about the shot every day for a long time.
I’ll wear a mask if I have to have one to get groceries, and I’ll continue to ignore the nagging.

Can’t wait to see the final price tag for US tax payers for a vaccine that isn’t worth a shite. Wonder how long it will take for anyone in leadership to admit it.
We paid for the vaccine’s development and production, paid pharma co’s for the supply, paid providers at least $80 for each person given the vaccine and then we’ll keep paying for “new” vaccines for each variant so that 60 days later it can be 40% effective…on and on.

My local JCC where I workout is now requiring masks for vaccinated people again except for when you’re actually working out. So sick of this shite.
