CDC Is Clearly Causing Confusion on Vaccination, The Question is Why?

Honestly at this point, the government is clearly causing confusion about vaccination. Are they doing purposely or due to incompetence remains to be seen though I side on purposely bc I believe they want more control over their citizens (I think what is going on in Australia is our government’s ideal situation).
Saying how important vaccination is to controlling the spread and then also saying that vaccinated people have to do everything unvaccinated people need to do is contradicting itself unless they clarify that SYMPTOMATIC people are causing the spread (vaxxed or unvaxxed). If they said that then they need to add how prevalent they think it is about vaxxed people spreading it.
New CDC guidance IS saying that vaccinated people are contributing to the spread and their “goal” is to eradicate Covid instead of merely managing it (if you read between the lines). Managing it is easily attainable and we are clearly doing it now even in low vaccination/high hospitalizations areas. Eradicating Covid is a pipe dream bc every country is not following the same strategy and given recent “surges” in highly vaccinated areas it says that Covid will still be hanging around in some form or fashion for a long time. Hell it almost seems like the virus was GENETICALLY ENGINEERED to do just that.

Rank incompetence or psychological manipulation
Either option is pretty bad, to be honest.

I don't see what the confusion is. We need to do what the government says to eradicate Covid just like we eradicated influenza.

Given their performance in February and march 2020, I’m betting the former.

this is going to infuriate the OT COVIDIANS.

Confusion is followed by chaos which the human condition abhors. Chaos allows for authoritarian leaders to step into the light for "the greater good".
The confusion part is here. The chaos part is coming when the housing market crashes, which is currently being pumped up for a fall once the rent moratorium is lifted. That will be the domino that starts the collapse of the economy. The oil industry could have prevented this but Biden's handlers already took care of that with executive orders and planned infrastructure attacks.

Gaslighting. It’s psychological warfare to keep the general public off balance and deferring to the “experts”.

Just go watch V for Vendetta. It will explain a lot.

Because it doesn't shield you from the Delta variant and isn't as effective overall as what we were told initially. They are trying to do a slow pivot and ease people into this realization but are fumbling the PR side of doing so.

Because if the truth ever comes out, they'll have lost their cred forever.
Like some of the people here. It's easier to continue the charade than just own up to the fact that this is a head cold variant that causes death in the unhealthy and elderly.

Yep, and the best and brightest don't have .gov email addresses.
I laugh when I hear people say shiat like "the CDC has thousands of the world's top doctors and scientists..."
I have lived in Atlanta area for 14 years now. I have met a few of these people. One is the daughter of one of my former employees. She lives in a tiny house parked in her friend's driveway. Recently, though, she did grow up a little. She visited her mom and they spent the weekend getting the dreadlocks out of her hair.

My mom is fully vaccinated and has Covid. She was not doing well and had to go to the ER. Got a monoclonal antibody infusion yesterday and said she now feels like she will live. I was not expecting a situation like this to happen

Imo this virus was specifically designed to cause Chaos. Just deadly enough to cause panic/dissection especially in the vocal minorities (on both sides) but not deadly enough to cause population issues.
The virus is literally picking off the low hanging fruit of the population. Those who life expectancy was ALREADY shortened for one reason or another mainly Elderly or Unhealthy.

Government is overrun with incompetence.
No one knows what they are doing and the citizens have to deal with the impacts from it.

This... Those didpshits at the CDC have no clue as to what’s going on, so they continue to chance their stance...
