The same CDC that talks about the COVID-19 vaccine? Lol.

Crisper cas9 is a geneome editing techniqe

Good luck with this group.
If some of them were any less intelligent, you’d have to water them twice a week.

By your definition, subunit, polysaccharide, and toxoid vaccines wouldn't be regarded as vaccines. It is so fricking stupid.

You think this mRNA vaccine has the ability to modify genes through Crispr? My god, you really think molecular biology is more advanced than it is.

That’s kind of circular though.
No, it's a definition of a term that has developed through extensive research, usage, publication, clinical practice etc. What's circular is changing the definition of something so well established, to fit a political agenda.

Are you arguing with me or agreeing with me? The fact that the “vaccine” is not FDA approved (except under an emergency use authorization only) should give you pause.
That means long term clinical trials haven’t been performed. It means that the current “vaccinated” people ARE the trials.
I hope you’re ok with being part of a medical experiment like the Jews in WW2.

The same posters who “know” that the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines “alter your DNA” probably had to look up the term imbecility.

Meh. If you want to talk about the efficacy of the vaccine, that’s another discussion. We’re discussing this asinine talking point of whether it is a “vaccine”.

Lazy muther frickers, good night!
CRISPER-Cas9
quote:
Scientists have long sought the ability to control and modify DNA—the code of life. A gene editing technology known as CRISPR-Cas9 offers the potential for substantial improvement over other gene editing technologies in that it is simple to use and inexpensive and has a relatively high degree of precision and efficiency. These characteristics have led many in the scientific and business communities to assert that CRISPR-Cas9 will lead to groundbreaking advances in many fields, including agriculture

But every FDA approved vaccine isn't delineated along 'attenuated or dead' as the OP implies.

It’s called innovation. Vaccines have always been designed to produce an antigen that your body then reacts to. That reaction produced antibodies which helps you fight of the disease in the future.
The MRNA vaccine introduced the antigens in a different way, but the principle is the same.

A vaccine (legal definition) has either attenuated (weakened) or dead virus in it, designed to force the body to create antibodies to the virus.
This jab doesn’t.
Sure about that?

Johnson & Johnson vaccine uses the more traditional virus-based technology.

Instead of using mRNA, the Johnson & Johnson vaccine uses a disabled adenovirus to deliver the instructions.

Right. I call it an experimental serum. It's not a vaccine.

The “vaccine” isn’t FDA approved. It’s got an emergency use authorization. Based on the fraudulent assumption that there is no treatment that works

Motherfricker, I work with molecular stuff like this every day. The fundamental mistake you morons make is assuming everything in DNA is Mendelian. It's not straightforward, and there is no recombination method that is robust enough to use in humans in this delivery method.

Again, vaccinations, whether approved or not, aren't delineated along the lines specified in your OP.
