The real world test is now in some many buckets, it would be very hard to determine anything at this point.
Vaccinated
- Different vaccines (manufacturer/country)
- Full vs. partial
- Vaccines/boosters targeting different stains
- Natural immunity protections vs no prior infections
Non-Vaccinated
- No prior infections (no way of knowing)
- Prior infections (unable to determine when or strain) i.e. natural immunity
Nobody will ever be able to prove anything.
