If you are having to pay people to take it, it sure isn't selling itself on actual benefits.
Only plus for NYC is that the poorest of the poor who have been holding out may do this for $100... then turn around and immediately sue the city for inducing them into taking it.

If you had to spend money for you wife , a friend or kids to do something for then obviously they have no respect or care for you . Same here with the crazy ways they are approaching this
