This is an FBI issue.
The big question is now, how many “foiled terrorist plots” in the past were simply FBI PR stunts?
Find a person or group, convince them to undertake an action, and then arrest them.
We already know of multiple people who were on their watchlist that were allowed to go about their business.

The FBI and CIA completely manufactured an international scandal so they could spy on a presidential candidate in order to derail his potential presidency/presidency, have him impeached, and attempt to have him jailed along with his entire family.
Nothing happened to them after they did this, so they continue to do shite like this.
Hell, the FBI, CIA, and ATF all worked together to funnel guns to Mexican cartels from US gun stores with a secondary mission of enacting massive gun control policies. And what happened to those people even after it was revealed that one of the weapons they ran to Mexico was used to kill a BP agent? You guessed it - absolutely nothing.
We have FBI agents as well as paid informants creating a plot against a governor so they can arrest people that go along with the plan. And they did it in order to influence the election in a crucial battleground state.

The same folks who criticized Bush, the Patriot Act, the War on Terror and its excesses (all rightfully so) 2 decades ago are now fully aligned with the alphabet agencies and the surveillance state. The same people who claim to want police defunded reflexively defend the worst offenders, because their targets are conservative. But Trump is fascist right? A lot of people think the FBI set up these guys, the FBI was responsible for Jan 6th , that covid was released so Trump wouldn't get reelected. The media told nothing but lies about Trump, that the election was rigged and Trump wouldve won. That the vaccine is some kind of democrat conspiracy that I cant even understand. It's enough to make a persons head spin trying to keep up with all the ways Republicans and Trump have been wronged, not one bit of it is his fault or republicans fault, its all other peoples fault.
