I don’t care if Arsenal has 20% possession if we take the points. Results are all that matter. Winning against Leeds is the only thing that we can control. COYG!!!!

Someone on here has tickets to the Leeds game. Post us some pictures brother, very jealous.
We should be 5 points up on tottenham before the derby. We can seal the deal on the cocks turf . What’s better than that

He deserves it. Two trophies in 3 years. Even though he had back to back 8th place finishes the team he inherited those first two years was in complete shambles to be fair and he still won the FA Cup and Community Shield.

Team is in a much better place currently and set up nicely for the future. Hopefully he can finish the season strong and have us in 4th come the end of May.

There's an article in the Athletic today regarding Arteta's extension and the fact that it actually took place during the three game losing streak.

Personally, I'm pretty glad to see Arteta extended and see the club(Kroenke) appear to maintain some sort of vision regardless of the final results this season. I'm definitely on the side of Arteta has this team overachieving right now through a rebuild.

They really rolled the dice on cutting guys loose the past couple years and it feels like it's going to pay off.

quote:

"That doesn't happen in football," said the 40-year-old manager. "The belief they have in myself, the coaching staff and what we're doing… the people that we have now owning and leading this football club… I hadn't seen it, and I just got emotional when I saw it because I thought these guys are serious and committed, so I'd better push forward."

up until that red card they played great

since that point they settled on the lead

this was a good chance to close the goal differential gap with the spurs, hope deciding 4th place doesn’t come to that

They just had to make us sweat until the end. Win Thursday and we are going to the Champions league.

First half was excellent. Second half they got complacent but got the job done.

At this point in the year it really doesn’t matter how it happens just that we continue to keep accumulating points.

4 points clear of Spurs in 5th. A win on Thursday clinches champions league football for us for next year.

After back to back 8th place finishes that was a dream going into this year about to turn into a reality. You love to see it.
