9 points, 3 boards, 1 assist, 0 turnovers on 4 of 4 from the floor with a 3
In 13 minutes
That's pretty damn good for a guy who isnt NBA material playing against a team full of NBA guys.

Eddie Palubinskas has that honor and it’s not close.

NBA is full of panty wastes that play Zero defense.

The rest of the world has gotten better at basketball over the decades, although not as good or deep as the US.
These US NBA players are in cruise control for exhibition games after a long, condensed season. For the opposition, these games against the US are important and they have much more motivation. Also, many of non US national teams have more set player pools and play better as teams. The US rotates players much more and takes time to gel as a team.
I expect much better play and effort from the US once the Olympic games start. Winning the gold is no guarantee, but I would be surprised if we don't medal.

I think his style of game is what you are going to see out of Efton Reid this year. Reid is not the explosive athlete that KBW was at LSU. He obviously doesn't have the mass of Naz, nor the ability to play comfortably on the perimeter. But like Reath, he has good footwork and moves inside. However, he can knock down an open three if you don't come out to guard him.
Because Wade has had so much success over the last three years I think we kind of forget about just how big of a turnaround he engineered in year 1 here. Waters (deservedly so) got most of the pub, but Reath was the second best player on that team and quietly had a really really good season.

Team USA and Woke "Pop" - Losers of 4 of their last 5 games. Coach and Program are pathetic losers right now.

Agree with all this, but E Reid is more athletic than you are giving him credit for. He’s borderline one and done if he shows out this year

Wanna say he had the highest plus minus in the game as well.

It takes playing defense to be a team. This is today’s NBA. There is no defense.

Have you watched any of the playoffs? The rules are designed to help the offense and the players are simply more skilled in terms of shooting. Defense is still played my man but it's a minor miracle if you get a stop bc of the skill and rules in todays NBA.

As for USA Basketball, this year has been very disappointing. The best centers in the game have been international players for some time, but now international teams have great forwards and guards.

Er...
Ben Simmons?
He isn't playing in the Olympics, but he is eligible for Australia, not USA.
