Field at BROC. He does a lot of the injuries and surgeries for the LSU baseball team.

Recommend you get a surgeon for the injured shoulder, not the good one

Chip Bankston, the former Saints team Dr.
I had badly torn rotator cuff, good as new after a year or so of rehab. I would avoid surgery though, unless completely necessary.

Can't go wrong with either Chip or Mark Field. They're in the same office. Field did my right in 2010 and my left in Nov of last year. I highly recommend him. Completely healed and released in 5 months and did all my therapy at home.

Field at BROC.
Fixed a botched surgery done 1st time on left shoulder -- 10yrs and no issues. Not long before right needs to be done.

Always hear good things about Chip Bankston.

Despite the down votes, this is the guy. I tore my rotator cuff and he did the surgery. Did not rush into it. He tried several times with therapy and cortisone injections and it ultimately required surgery. ^6 month rehab and I'm back to full use. he was awesome.

Dr Waggenspack at BROC did mine last year. I had all kinds of long term issues (rotator, bicep tendon, arthritis and labrum tear) and am slowly getting strength back. Shoulders are horrible to recover from. I've had vertebrae fusion and 2 rods in my pelvis and the shoulder has been the worst, by far.
