if you follow the thread, using an ounce of common sense, you would see that the posts calling the guy out aren't so much at you, as they are at the guy who questioned Jindals judgement.

Jindal did exactly what he had to do.

that may well be, but I can use some common sense and understand a situation, and I can identify the difference between "your" and "you're"...so I have that going for me

There are hotels within an approx. 1 1/2 hour radius of BR. Try New Orleans, Alexandria, etc

My dad and I had to stay in hotels in Vidalia, Natchez and McComb for three of the games in 05.

I had to drive from Dallas to his house in Ruston, get in his truck and drive to Vidalia, Natchez or McComb on Friday. Saturday morning we drove into BR, tailgated til the band came down, went to the game and then drove back to the town we stayed in. We actually drove all the way back to Ruston after the game when we stayed in McComb.

It's rough, but we can make the most money by playing the game here. No paying for a stadium, and no ticket refunds.

give a big thank you to Jindal for putting in an executive order yesterday to let all personal working here have hotel rooms. Even if you had a reservation already you could lose it if they put the workers in the hotel you were gonna stay at

All I was doing was telling why there was no hotel rooms in the area. I drive home after every game so hotel rooms do mean anhything to me. So I think I will have myself a red bull and enjoy the hell out of my Tigers. To the pricks with the simple minded comments about my post here ya go
