Made a rookie mistake on the lawn

I keep my lawnmower in our shed in the backyard. So I took the lawnmower out and decided to just start mowing. Bout 3 passes before finishing the backyard a downpour hits. Now the front yard still hasnt been mowed and my neighbors have freshly mowed lawns. Should have known to start with the front yard. Now everybody will associate me and my house as trashy. Was gonna start at 7 but didnt wanna wake the neighbors. I wont be making that mistake again either.

Why don’t you just hire people like 98% of the OT does and not have to worry about your lawn looking like a New Iberia haircut?

Sometimes you just gotta mow in the rain, baw. Once i fire my mower up the entire yard is getting cut, no matter what.

I'd drink coffee and enjoy the sound of the birds first, then start moving around 9...get it done

Screw the neighbors. If you are up at 7, mow it and be done before the thermometer hits 90.
