In this particular instance the woman felt uncomfortable about the situation. She has every right to ask for a refund and voice her concerns about the spa’s policies. If enough people have the same concerns the spa will go out of business. Money talks

I remember years ago when Target allowed men to go into women bathrooms (under the guise of a tranny) and people here said it wasn’t a big deal and would never affect us. It was only target at the time.
