Read an intriguing theory on Reddit that the TVA city is actually located within the Quantum Realm ("Time passes differently here in the TVA"; Hank sees a city when he went in to retrieve Janet in Ant Man 2), and the reason that Scott was unaffected by the snap is because the Infiniti Stones have no power in the realm.

That "villain" bothers me. But I guess I can find that scene somewhere.

Odds lady Loki is working for a larger power, similar to this version's Loki being in cahoots with Thanos?

I think it's more likely the TVA is the actual villain.

The big theory going around the internet is that Lady Loki, is, in fact, not Lady Loki. She's long time Thor enemy the Enchantress. She may be working for the variant Loki, she may be impersonating Loki. She may be a good guy, she might be a bad guy.

Marvel really, really, loves throwing out curve balls with their Disney+ shows. Or making it seem like they threw out a curve ball when they didn't.

With their policy of letting horrible apocalypses happen on the reg I think that’s a safe bet

Could be a reference to Phineas T. Horton, a comic character with close ties to the original android Human Torch (Horton invented him) and to the Vision (Ultron forced Horton to transform the original android Torch into Vision).

The year doesn't make sense and Vision's origin seems to be different in the movies, but if they are doing multi-verse stuff, I guess anything is possible.

I’m seeing a lot of similarities in the show to the “Timequake” multi-part story in the What If comic.

In it, a bunch of significant figures in alternate timelines are approached to save a “nexus” individual because a mysterious individual is trying to save those timelines.

These were people like Dr Doom from a timeline where Spidey became the fifth member of the Fantastic Four and Wolverine from a reality where the X-Men lost to Dracula and became vampires yet Wolvie overthrew him.

I had the same thought. On the other hand, Marvel has not been making big blunders like this, so maybe they'll explain it. Could be something with the super soldier serum in the future, or, if what someone said above about the lady being the Enchantress, that guy could have been her partner the Executioner (although I think our universe's Executioner may have died in Thor Ragnarok).

MCU nerfs characters all the time.

Maybe Lady Loki’s enchantment gives them Asgardian type strength.

Fun to debate at any rate

He did. Skurge died on the bridge, like in the comics.

I've never read that one, but I kind of see some threads of Avengers Forever in the show's storyline. Time Keepers, TVA, two versions of one character at odds, etc. Both even have Ravona as a minor character. I admit it is kind of an attenuated connection, though.

i mean they were enchanted or something with magic power and were able to enchant others by touch. since they could enchant others, I just assumed they were equivalently magic/strong at least as long as they were being possessed.

After watching the scene where Loki is questioning Mobius about free will and the Time Keepers having the end of everything already mapped out, then the next cut was to the Time Keepers statues in Ravonna's office and I knew for certain there are no Time Keepers. They're either dead and gone or never existed in the first place.

as a comics hodor this was my impression as well. its all a wheels in motion kinda thing, or ravonna taking advantage of everyone's ignorance.

Rewatching now. The hurricane was a class ten apocalypse and had 10,000 plus dead. Also it was a category EIGHT hurricane so I guess that question is thoroughly answered.

And Asgard’s destruction was only a 7.

That’s one crazy Hurricane.
