Dipping in sauce slows down the process. I ain't got time to dip in no sauce if I'm trying to out eat my brothers...

Real talk….being 12 year old me an old Carencro baw showed me the beauty of:

Peel 20 or so crawfish
Two pieces of Evangeline Maid
Crawfish dip

Make a sammich. I dare you to tell me that’s wrong.

This and the fact I love the flavor of seafood soaked in crawfish/crab boil (hell, I'll add a cap of liquid boil to a pot of water when boiling damn hot dog). Dragging the tail meat through some mayo/ketchup mix just takes away from the GOAT flavor already soaked into the meat.
