I got the vaccine but there are good reasons for getting and not getting it. I don't have kids but if I did, I would not let them take it.
People just need to do what they think is best. Businesses forcing people to get it are BS and I don't think it is right for this administration to keep pushing people to get it. It would be nice if each side would quit shiting on the other for getting it and not getting it and just let people be.

I did.
I honestly think the "vaccine" works, regardless of what statistics are thrown at me.
However, I hate that a shot has been politicized. It shouldn't be that way. It should be available if you want it. And that's it. If some don't want it for they fear getting sick from the shot itself, that should be fine as well.

Simply cannot understand the anti-vaxx mentality. What are yall gonna do in 2 years when there's an awesome mrna vac for the common cold? Not get that either? Common colds don't cause "major issues" - they just suck and I'm happy to avoid them. Ditto the awesome new flu vax that is likely to come as well, and will obviate the need for boosters every year.
It's crazy to me that Trump hasn't claimed the vaccines all for his own legacy - he plausibly could have done so.
We should also be vaxxing up Africa and India et al. Anything that prevents major trading partners from shutting down some/all of their economies is great for us.

Ive made it a year and half without dying, Ill pass on the vaccine, especially after knowing the govt created both the virus and vaccine.

I agree with what you’re saying but why would China want to kill off its best customers? While at the same time hurting Chinese mfgs.
I consult with a Chinese chem mfg. COVID and the resulting drop in US demand almost put them out of business.
I think the whole COVID deal was to enable vote by mail and get rid of trump. And it worked perfectly. :(

I did about 6 weeks or so ago. I was never a Hard No guy about it, but I was not interested in getting it at all. Had my yearly with my doctor and she advised me to get it, so since I like her and respect her advice, I took it.
That said, I'll never show anyone an ID Card to verify that, and had I not gone to see her and they had been pushing they way that they are now, I likely never would have.

I got it because my parents were terrified (80 years old and 72 years old) and I’m in the healthcare field. I felt obligated. I’ve had all the kids I want, so if I’m sterile, thanks Uncle Sam. My kids aren’t getting that shite. That’s for damn sure.

I'm far more concerned about gun rights, free speech, freedom of religion, and the fact that they are trying to cleanse the military of any soldiers that aren't leftists.

I work in blood diagnostics and research. This is not a vaccine. It is an mRNA gene therapy. The reason my family is never getting this is that the known long term effects are few. The fact that we know it affects ovaries and the spleen seals the deal.
When there are effective treatments and a less than 1% mortality rate, why chance it? Now if you still think I’m a ‘wack job’ then I think you are either choosing not to think for yourself or you lack the capacity. Your call on that...
