Sully would be a HR hire. Give Sully the program and the fan support he lacks at UF and I think he takes off.

Very strange considering their location/weather and considering how good their football and basketball atmospheres are. It seems like they could really get good support there.
Like his personality or not, Sully has done a great job there considering their crappy baseball support and taking a backseat to Miami and FSU for many years in baseball.

That's shitty. Might seem good since they lost, but their lack of baseball fan support has been a head-scratcher to me because they have been in the hunt to win it all in the majority of his seasons there.
