A shipping warehouse on that site? It would need arm guards, cameras every 2 feet, 20 foot cement walls, miles and miles of barbed wire, and other security measures that even Fort Knox doesn’t employ.

I mean it’s not out of the realm of possibility. I just don’t see anything viable long term that will benefit the community and turn a profit. It would work well for a company like Textron which manufactures land and water vehicles for the military, but they’re prob content with their location right outside the flood walls on Chef.
