First order of business: throw Episodes VIII and IX in the trash, just bring back Daisy Ridley, Mark Hamill, Adam Driver, and Andy Serkis to reshoot VIII, carefully edit around the other scenes and sideline the other characters, remove Rose (the actress got to be a Disney Princess (and a good one at that) as payoff for some of the idiot racist fans that Kennedy pointed out as representing 99.9% of the fans when the inverse was true) and Holdo completely, and redo IX from scratch. It can be salvaged if you do this.
