Their lives do not matter.

You know why.

quote:

ATLANTA — A deadly weekend of gun violence in Atlanta is putting the spotlight once again on a dramatic increase in crime throughout the city this year.

quote:

With Atlanta’s homicide numbers on pace to surpass last year’s historic total, the police department has taken a unique approach in its effort to curb gun violence across the city: pleading with residents not to shoot anyone.

quote:

A total of 157 people were killed across the city in 2020, the most in more than two decades. Since then, Atlanta police have investigated 37 more homicides as murders surged by about 60% through the first three months of 2021, records show.

quote:

More than 200 officers quit the department in 2020.

From cbs local Atlanta news this morning, Atlanta Urinal-Constipation.

Just a few more days in this once great city that has become a hellhole.

I can barely wait to gtfo here.

Good. Let’s hope this happens in every city that declared war on police.

America needs to decide if the want to live in a safe place or one with lawlessness. We need to get it sorted out and go about our lives accordingly.

They by memory appear to be better shots than their counterparts in Chicago.

At this point I hope the entire state is lopped off and floats away in the Atlantic. Feel the same about California.

All the progress that was made in the city during Shirley Franklin and Kasim Reed tenures has eroded. Reed wasn't perfect but he was far far better than Bottoms. Bottoms was handed the keys to a Ferrari and turned it into a Yugo. I am renting in the city until November to see what happens with the election and then will plot my next move. Problem is I refuse to move out to the burbs so I might have to just leave the State all together.

It's like this everywhere. There's a town of 27,000 in the Birmingham metro area, Bessemer, which had 18 homicides in 2020 (which is a lot for a town that size). They're at 20 thus far in 2021.

Violent crime has exploded across the country, and Democrats (like Bottoms) are blaming COVID. The problem is that other countries aren't experiencing the same spike, and the inflection point did not occur in March when the shutdowns were implemented, but in late May, which coincides exactly with the BLM riots.

This is the George Floyd memorial crime wave, and it shows no signs of slowing.

At this point let the numbers go crazy . Until the sheep wake up let them kill each other . The more that get killed , the more dominion has to work in the next election.

That was my first thought as well. IIRC Chicago was 7 for 55.

Mayor Keisha Lance - Bottoms

In way over her head, and it shows.
