Popeyes is only 5th because their service is so, so, so awful. If they had even McDonald's level service, they would be at the top, because their food is so good. But no "fast food" is worth a 45 min wait, which is what it is all the time around here.
Zaxby's is just meh.

I’m glad we got a Culver’s. Never heard of them before that but damn if it isn’t good. Not #1 or anything but good nonetheless

To be Southern it needs to be southern style food imo.

Is Waffle House considered fast food? I think you need to at least have a drive-thru.
