Any thoughts on overnight or sleep supplements that claim to promote muscle growth?

I'm always skeptical of any supplement as I don't think the path to enlightenment is through powders and pills.

That being said I'm sure some of these have some benefit. I was looking into them today at a store and found that the pricing had a huge variance. Before I light my money on fire I figured I'd ask if anyone has any personal experience with these types of products.

I’m no expert at all but I think sufficient protein intake and maybe creatine are the only products you can purchase at a store that are safe and known to help with muscle growth.

Getting good sleep will promote more than enough muscle growth. Specifically, slow wave sleep. Good sleep hygeine with sufficient protein and creatine if you want to is fine.

Anything claiming that is snake oil. And if you fall for it, you may as well burn money in a fire pit.
