No surprise here. Holstein is likely the 2023 guy.

I'd honestly like LSU to not waste a minute towards recruiting the manning family.

I don’t think this means anything. Kid has been to plenty of LSU games and still loves LSU. We will be a finalist.

But in the end I think he goes to Texas, UGA, or Ole Miss.

While Archie Manning is alive, no Manning will ever step foot on LSU’s campus unless it’s to play against LSU.

This should be interesting next year. Texas A&M appears to pressing the hardest for Holstein in '23 as of right now.

The Mannings have all lived, worked and played football in Louisiana yet ignores LSU. I say ignore them unless Arch shows a legitimate strong interest in LSU. We should focus on Eli Holstein and other QB's and transfers who really want to come here.

The Mannings owe us nothing however we owe them nothing.

LSU and Ole Miss aren’t on his list bc he’s been to both campuses. He’s doing what he should and going to check out schools across the country.

I doubt he comes here but this list has nothing to do with whether or not he’s considering LSU

Why waste an official visit when he can hop in a car to come any day of the week to LSU or Ole Miss.

It’s smart of his parents to push him to go visit schools that he won’t see often or are out of any comfort zone.

My money is on clemson or Texas

He’s also only a junior so at this stage it means very little. Next summer will be telling. If we get back to the 2019 offense, I see no reason we wouldn’t get serious consideration

Do the people replying in this thread not realize:

-Arch has already visited and will visit again.

-Official visits are just when the school pays to fly you up. He lives here.

-it will be a year before he announces

Why do people think he’s coming to LSU?

There is not a chance in hell

I mean he lives an hour away, and I would guess and say his family can pay for unofficial visits, any time he wants to go up.

This isn't a big deal whatsoever.

Having him would obviously be great, but LSU’s QB depth is phenomenal. Who woulda thunk we’d ever say that at LSU? Under the Miles years, this board would collectively nut itself if a 4-star prospect even mentioned LSU.
