I have no hangovers now that I'm older, but if I drink alot, I sleep poorly.

Just ordered 2 pizzas and gonna grab shite ton of Gatorade. I’ve never felt this bad in my entire life.

2 bottles of pedialyte and be a man, get the frick off the couch, and don’t ever tell anyone you laid with an ice rag on your head from a hangover again!! Lol
All the water you can handle drinking until you feel better.

Hydrate before alcohol consumption
It’s about electrolytes so For hydration-
Pedialyte is Better than Gatorade.
Gatorade is better than water
Advil and b complex before bed is good(eat something before the b complex)
Upon waking, drink more pedialyte and eat something and then a B complex.
A good sweat can help and more pedialyte

It sucks. As you age it’s kinda hard to dabble in heavy drinking.
If you’re not a regular drinker you’ve just got to remember that you can’t go as hard as you once could without a much heavier price.
Hydration before bed helps some but that’s been mentioned.
Once you’re hungover you just gotta let it run its course and hope it helps you stop a couple drinks sooner next time.
