The first was one much better IMO. The second one would've been a lot better had it been shortened by about 20-30 minutes. It just felt like it dragged on and on for me and that turned me off a bit.
Also, disclosure/point of note for me: I borderline hated the first Thor movie, so I never watched the second one. And only eventually watched Ragnarok because I heard so many good things about it, and then didn't think it was very good either. I know that opinion is in the vast minority on here (and in general), but I just didn't like them at all. Also, while I liked the first half of Captain America, I hated the second half (with the Red Skull dude and all of that). So that's why it ranks so low for me...I thought the subsequent CA movies were really good though.
