Had a boss that would qualify. Had a sleeping couch in his office and would many nights work through to morning getting naps in.

Of course he expected us to do the same. He hated seeing me leave “early “ at 6:30 or 7 pm.

Got a big ol ulcer working for that arse.

So why did he say this was problematic? What is the "unhealthy" or toxic part?

I'm guessing this person ended up on the wrong end of the Bell Curve in school quite often, but was passed along anyway.
