Kellen Mond is absolute fricking trash. Even Jimbo couldn’t get him over the hump in college and Jimbo has made some awful QBs look better than Mond.

With that said, Lawrence was crowned the #1 pick after his freshman season for this class. He is good, but I think we can all agree that there is skepticism about him now compared to 2 years ago. I think he’ll be solid, but he was pegged the next Peyton Manning and I dont know about it.

I think he’s referencing a yearly starter versus a guy that makes a few starts.
A starter in the league is someone like Josh Allen. He’s labeling Mac Jones as more of a Tyrod Taylor, Nick Foles type player.
