re: Greg Kelly on NewsMax is wrong. That black lieutenant was just fine.

If police ask you to exit the vehicle, you must exit... Period. He knew this. He is an activist who will get other young black men killed.

Instead, they drew weapons and screamed at him to keep hands out of the window, which he did. THEN they told him to exit the vehicle. With hands held outside of the window, it is an impossible order to comply with... Period.
It is especially so in a sudden stress situation, when the Lt had no idea why the police were so agitated. He obviously feared withdrawing his hands to unlock and open the door, then reaching down to release the seatbelt, could get him shot.
The guy was in full uniform. He was erroneously pulled and had his life threatened. The police should have recognized their error and deescalated. Sorry. It is what it is, and in this case it is stupid police behavior.

November stop bodycam, on YouTube
Oh, and this time he was recklessly speeding right through the middle of town in the morning. In uni, of course.
Excellent find OP.
Your post (and link) needs to be stickied to the top of every thread. As another poster stated in response, November to April... same vehicle, same temp tag, seems an awful long time.
PS - video linked was captured at dawn or dusk (point is daylight)... and the officer still couldn't see the tag until pointed out by the Lt. H'mmm.

When looking for a "safe" area to pull over, you are supposed to call 911 and inform them so they can let the officer who is trying to pull you over, know why you aren't pulling over.
Did this guy do that? Or, was this a setup?

Cop was way wrong but maybe the lieutenant went the wrong way. Can’t get lost without the LT.

No. It has to be clearly visible. Not hidden behind tinted glass.
The POS knew what he was doing by putting the tag there.

Where it belongs.
Wasn’t this the one where he had it in the window? Maybe I’m mistaken or confusing this with another encounter.
Eta: Windsor is a very small place. You likely know who each cop is if you’ve lived there any length of time.
Looks like the POS has encountered them before and may have been looking for revenge glory.
Sadly, the dumb cops may have fallen for it.
Edit again:
Yep. There was no plate in the proper place on the suv.

No. Plates don’t go in the window.
They must be illuminated. That’s why the plate holder has a light above it. You can’t hide your plate in the window behind limo tint. If it’s not on purpose then the army has a complete idiot in their officer ranks.
I bet this dude was looking for this scenario after the previous run in.
Cops were dumb for falling for it if so.

True! Unless the Butter Bar was a former E-6 or E-7 who commissioned.

My problem with the lieutenant is his total asshattery. He could have gotten out of the damn car like they asked 100 times. The whole incident would have been no big deal if he just complied. They would have found he did nothing wrong, maybe given him a ticket, and that would have been it.

Also, he hasn't figured out that blacked out windows hide the temp tag and place a giant arse target on his back.
Just rip it out until you get your plate.
Dumbass.

Apparently you missed that the pepper spray incident was December 5
