I'm as consevative as they come, but Greg Kelly is a fricking jerk for continuing his position in trying to paint that black lieutenant as a activist.
The guy was right to find a lit area to pull over. He was right to record video of the interaction with the police, and he had a legal right to have a gun with him. I was just watching and GK was doubling down on this situation. Made me sick. Put yourself in that situation. I'm glad the military us supporting him and saying he acted calmly and did nothing to escalate the situation.

Both parties own a part of this. The police own the majority of it. But the lieutenant contributed as well.

Watching his own video of the event leads me to believe he was trying to make a scene. He doesn’t look concerned at all. Even after they put away the guns he held the door shut and wouldn’t get out. He is a POS.

Nothing wrong with pulling over in a well lighted area, maybe he hits his flashers to let them know he intends to comply. He could even call 911 and pass that on.
Pull over and do as the cops ask at that point. Provide ID proof of insurance and registration, and he does have to step out of the car if asked. Comply with their commands, but what he does NOT have to do is answer questions, Just take the Fifth, and do not resist.
They have to have probable cause to search the vehicle, and do not give permission. Better to let the lawyers and court straighten things out, then let some nervous cop do something you'll all regret.

I couldn't even get through the video of him trying to get out of the ticket. Made me sick to watch him acting like a little bitch trying to weasel his way out of the ticket. He was doing 19 mph over limit. Take your L/the ticket like a grown arse man and move on.
Oh and this video was in November. He hasn’t gotten a permanent license plate yet? 6 months?!?! Grow up you man-child pussy! I have ZERO respect for this guy.
