MN Cop kills man! Should be charged with Manslaughter or Negligent Homicide

Officers are held to a higher standard regarding shootings. Officers are POST certified and attend police academies. No doubt from day one, a person is taught the DIFFERENCE between a firearm and taser. To say I ACCIDENTLY grabbed the wrong weapon wont fly. Maybe if you are just some lowly poorly trained security officer, but not TRAINED policeman or woman.
It may not meet the legal deginition of murder but it's manslaughter/negligent homicide easily. Saying Oops My Bad, I meant to grab my taser is no defence in this case.

You mean those blaming the victim or criticizing the families lawyer? Not that of a dumbarse policewoman that apparently doesnt know a gun from a taser. Normally i support the Blue, but in a case like this, it's truly black and white.

The victim is the cop that had to shoot some piece of shite resisting. You're confused.

What should be the charges in the shooting death of Ashli Babbit?

Answer one question.
If the shooting victim would have complied with the officers demands, would he be alive today?

Yes, but that doesn't matter to this type of person.

Yes.
Because he chose not to is no reason to ignore the reality that a trained law enforcement officer shot him with a gun, thinking it was a taser.
He made a fool of himself, and is dead.
She did too.

You know police officers aren't supposed to kill people who resist arrest, right?

Or...
MN man with warrant jumps back into car making a routine traffic stop that was going to escalate thanks to his warrant a potential life or death situation...and gets shot.
Had he kept his hands behind his back and gotten cuffed, he'd be alive and likely home today.
at what point are we going to stop pretending that there is almost one thing in common in most of these cases?
A person CLEARLY resisting arrest.

The lynch mob is already out.

Tell us all about her training, background, qualifications, and experience.

Or put into a slightly less pointed light...
He put all three officers into a dangerous situation by jumping back into his car and resisting, and she made a terrible mistake that ended up costing this guys his life.
But it's a mistake that would not have been made at all but for the action of the guy who jumped back into the car and resisted.

Did any of the perps actions contribute to his demise had he complied instead of defying commands ?

Do you feel better now?
Also, you seem dumb.
