Holding people accountable for their actions is racist. Umm, unless the perps of said action are White. Then holding them responsible for whatever the mob wants them to be guilty of is not racist. It’s justice... in Bizarro World.
Well, you see, liberals think that blacks are lesser than whites. Perhaps, depending on which liberal you ask, blacks may not even be human. Ergo, they are incapable of self-responsibility, attaining an education, getting a voter ID, etc. In essence, blacks are incapable of exercising any agency at all, according to liberals. No better than barn animals (again, according to liberal logic).
Nevermind that there are indeed millions of black Americans that have achieved success on their merits, not their skin color, which disproves their logic.
Nevermind that there are logical correlations between life choices and life outcomes, such as single parenthood rates, school dropout rates, etc., that can more easily explain the difference in outcomes than melanin content.
Frick liberals. All of them. They're evil sacks of racist shite.

Well frick, I guess no murderers should ever be prosecuted unless Harry Houdini is around to bring the murder victim back from the dead.
In real life, the girls were indeed charged with murder and carjacking.

Now that is some white privilege at work!

Yah I think that this is the biggest change in America in our lifetimes - the politicization of DAs in our metro areas is really scary and not many people have digested the consequences yet.
The cities have all lost their appeal - women who live there will not knowingly date conservative men and white people (Unless politically connected) will no longer receive equal protection under the law in them

So they were charged, but won't be prosecuted?
Seems there's a disconnect here.

quote:The PROBLEM is that DC law precludes prosecuting the younger girl as an adult and makes it VERY difficult to prosecute the older girl as an adult. As a result, the extent of their punishment will be less.
Two girls ages 13 and 15 have been charged with felony murder after D.C. police said their attempt to carjack a food delivery driver outside Nationals Park on Tuesday afternoon ended in a crash that fatally injured the man.
The girls — legally too young to drive — were also charged with armed carjacking, according to authorities. A D.C. police spokesman said at least one was armed with a stun device, which was found inside the crashed vehicle.

The mafia should have been using child hitmen.

This is literally true of every murder.
Literally.

Black and Latino gangs figured that out decades ago - "baby bangers" - giving hits to 10, 11 year olds.

The Soros DA who agreed to this fricking absurd plea bargain will be responsible for another innocent victim of violent crime committed by these two shite heads.
The Islamic community hopefully finds them and beheads both of them after their release from prison.

Please explain how they will be subject to the speculated punishments within the juvenile justice system, if the are "not being prosecuted."
The simple fact is that they ARE "being prosecuted" ... just not in the manner that most here would prefer.
As I understand it, DC law does not give the prosecutor much leeway in dealing with minors.

My point is they got a slap on the wrist for killing a man who was simply trying to earn an honest living so he could provide for his family. Afterward the girls showed absolutely no remorse, other than over the fact that they may have lost a cell phone while perpetrating the crime
Parse that however you like.

One of these days a relative of a murdered is going to exercise vigilante law!
And I bet the vast majority of the country would favor it, like 90%!
