First time I’ve ever been to a 30 story high rise with the whole mass of people at the beach. Luckily we are third row, because the first row has to deal with the folks who set up right in front of them. This kosher? Glad no one sets up between rows.

Here’s a picture...because I don’t ever make bullshite threads without original content.

Love the douche bags who set up at 6 am then head upstairs and don’t come down until 10 am

When I see that we’ll find a gap between set ups and push their things to the side a little to get a spot on the water

If you’re a guest set up where you want. Just don’t infringe on the turf of any baw with a SEC-themed tent.

That’s a private beach, many places won’t allow anyone to set up. In front of the rentals

No you wouldn’t. No one has yet. They don’t even say a word. People just passive aggressively stare like you would but I’m too many beers deep already by that time to give a shite.

Get down to the beach earlier bitch

Dude that isn't a beach it is a fricking elevator over the weight limit.

I can't imagine going to a beach with that many people on it.

This is a beach, might see 20 people on during an entire day.

Varies by county. I mean first row doesn’t own the beach.

I bet that beach chair guy pulls in 6 digits, and I’m not bullshitting

Not sure about Florida, but in the Redneck Rivera, you cannot set up in front of the rentals (behind the Phoenix condos).

Most private beaches have an area free of rentals for guests to set up their own shite and a sign by the rentals that says don't set up in front of the rentals.

We’re in a condo with 17 people, 6 toddlers...of course this is not ideal. Haven’t been to the beach and not rented a house in 15 years...but here we are.
