Asian hate from white people is a media false narrative.

There are other groups that do not get along with Asians. Ill let you guess who.

I’m in racist arse West Monroe and it’s just sickening to see how Asians are treated in this town. Racist arse white people, packed like sardines in the local Chinese takeout, giving them so much money daily. It really is time to stop Asian hate. It’s sickening

Just an effort to consolidate the dem base. If there’s any minority group white people (especially men) love, it’s Asians.

You're really showing your privilege. You got it so good you can't even see the imaginary hate in this country.

It's not really a thing anywhere. It's getting more publicity recently but it's not happening any more than in the past.

It’s actually a made up thing that they tried to establish a year ago when trump called covid the China virus, as if it were the first time a country of origin had been attached to a disease or virus

I mainly don’t see it because I don’t spent time in the ghetto.

I’m fairly certain it exists all over because a lot of Asians are willing to open businesses and work in shitty areas and aren’t willing to put up with shite from people they think or know will steal from him.

Family of mine once ran a business in NBR. When they got tired of getting robbed by the employees and the community, they sold out to some Vietnamese who were willing to take a shot at it. They mentioned that most other stores in the area had done the same in part because no white people wanted to deal with that shite anymore.

It seems like a New York/San Fran thing.

I also think it correlates to places with lots of homeless population and mentally unstable people walking around

Chinatown here is pretty insular but a really great place to walk around and grab food. I’ve never heard of or witnessed Asian hate here, but not being Asian American I’m not going to say it is or isn’t a thing.

It's the China virus not Chinese virus. I have zero problem with chinese people or their delicious food but their government can get fricked.

I’ve honestly not seen it. I think the intent of this message is conflate hatred for China’s government with hatred of all Asians so China can avoid scrutiny for being a horrible citizen of the world.

To be clear, the CCP can go frick themselves. That’s my opinion and many share it. It’s not the same of being anti-Asian or even Anti-Chinese. But you’d have to be blind to actually think China didn’t absolutely frick over all of their closest allies in the past 18 months.

Another trend that this “stop Asian hate” message is trying to address: Asian Americans voted for Trump at a higher clip in 2020 than in 2016.

I'm not sure...... I've never witnessed it here in south louisiana. I have a Vietnamese wife (no pics), only racist thing i think has happened to her is creepy rednecks following her around Bass Pro or Walmart cause they have a asian fetish.

Now her mother (no pics) on the other hand lives in California, I tell you one thing, after watching that beating that woman took in NY. I"m scared for her. Also my two brother-in-laws. Scary.
Stay strapped my friends.
