U.S. peaked in the 80's and 90's

but it's been downhill ever since then. Trannnies in SI and sports, crappy music, shitty movies, blatantly corrupt politicians, a degenerative society, 30 trillion in national debt, overextended military, and damn critical race theory taught in schools. I have two young boys and I fear what the future of this country will look like. Have we reached a a point of no return, or does America that used to be still exist? Luckily I live in a small town that still resembles the days of old. What are some states, cities or towns where one can raise his family and feel secure that his children will have a future rooted in the ideals this once great country stood for?

Don't shelter your kids. They will be the ones who will actually fight this war.

After watching the government and media lie for so many years, I just dont see how anyone doesnt question everything.
Including the moon landing.
I have come to the conclusion, it never happened.

We were in the middle of a renaissance before the hood rats and leftist filth stole the election.

U.S. peaked in the 80's

Have we reached a a point of no return
I think we can snap out of it, but if we do, we will eventually have to go to war with China. They have made it clear that they are mortal enemies.

In the 70s, people thought we peaked in the 40s or 50s.
We aren't dead yet!

The peak ended when Reagan left office and Bush took over for one term and Clinton got in. The 80's rocked. Bush started the Bush - Clinton - Obama, dynasty. Trump disrupted it by prevent Hillary from being POTUS.

Millennial here. 80s offer the best music and movies. I really wish I grew up during these days.

Actually, before then...if you raise your sons correctly the opportunities they will have are unlimited. My 2 grandsons are being raised in the strict enviroment as my son...they have much less competition out in the world than the previous generation...look at the positive side of the equation. Hell, look at some of the kids that post here as a prime example of what I am talking about.

This is such revisionist bullshite.
Reagan exploded the debt and flew in crack to ruin the inner cities at the same time erupting the war on drugs.
America peaked after WW2 and before the lies that killed millions in the Vietnam War. Had we elected Goldwater, we would have been totally different country.

I graduated high school in 91 so I got to experience the 80's as a kid & then college in the 90s. The 80's was just an incredible time to be an American. Freedom reigned. Reagan brought the country back both economically & patriotically. People loved America. The Cold War was happening but it was not something that was out in your face daily. It was all behind the scenes. The music & entertainment culture of the 80's was legendary.
Bush took over from Reagan & he did a horrible job causing Perot to run & splitting up the conservative vote so we got Clinton. Once the Clinton's got in everything changed. It was around the same time that grunge hit also. The shift from hair metal to grunge was like a sledgehammer. Fun out, anger in. It was the first time that political correctness was out in the open once the Clinton's took over. Example: Nominating people for jobs just based on race & sex. Watch the 90's movie PCU. It was a comedy then but should now be considered a documentary.
The Clinton's were pure destructive trash & nobody ever talks about the real reason he is now considered a "good president" by the liberal elite & even some conservatives. That reason is hardly anyone had a computer or a cell phone when Bush left office. By the time Clinton left office, most everyone had both. It was pure luck that the Tech boom started during his presidency. It wasn't anything he particularly did. Now big tech is ruling the earth.

The key here is to parent your children. Don’t rely on their surroundings to mold them. You can’t hide them from it but you can take each and every opportunity to explain the difference in what they see and hear and what is right.
So far most of this seems to boil down to integrity, personal responsibility, and self worth.
Nail those points down and it shouldn’t matter
Where you raise them.
