Animal Kingdom is a better drinking park than Epcot.

But if you’re doing Epcot, get margaritas in the Mexico pavilion.

Can't go wrong with a few flights of tequila to start your morning off

Hit the park early if you can and its open. Usually opens at 9, head straight to Soarin' because its the busiest ride usually, followed by Test Track and the newer Frozen ride. Hit as many rides as you can before 11, because that's when World Show case opens up. Margaritas in the Mexican pavilion, food in the French pavilion is my suggestion. $1 baguettes are awesome. If all you do is drink beer, its a breeze, but mix in a few mixed drinks, and you can have a really good time. I suggest hitting the rides you can early, because at nights, Epcot always seemed to empty out, and you can sometimes catch a few rides again on low wait times. We rode Soarin twice 2 years ago, with only 10 min waits at 7 PM.

Go to the Coke exhibit.

1. Find the nastiest tasting one.
2. Have your partner in crime stand off to the side filming.
3. When people come up beside you to test the drinks, fill your cup with the nasty one and tip it back...but only let it touch your lips, don't sip.
4. Say something like, "Ohh! That's good."
5. Then walk off.
6. Profit

Pre-CV19, it was ran from around the end of August till about the end of November.

Get a room at Beach Club, Yacht Club or the Boardwalk so you can stumble back to the room instead of doing buses, monorail or Skyliner.

THIS. Beach Club was my resort of choice when we used to go all the time. Also, their pool is a miniature water park. Walking from your room to the Epcot gate is a huge plus!

Under new rules, Epcot opens at 11a, closes at 7p. There is an app called MyDisneyExperience that you should download. It keeps you informed at to changes in park hours, ride wait times, restaurant availability, and counter service (fast food) orders.

There are only 2 rides worth waiting for, Soarin in the Land Pavilion and Test Track. Most other rides are informational, but entertaining

*Spaceship Earth -- Informative ride inside the huge ball that you see when you enter the park
*The Seas -- A kiddie ride based on the Nemo movie
*Soarin’ -- A ride that you actually feel the sensation of flying
*Living With the Land -- Informative boat ride that details food production
*Journey Into Imagination -- Kiddie ride that focuses on the human senses
*Mission: SPACE -- Dual participation ride (one side spins, the other is less intense) that recreates a trip into space
*Test Track -- Exhilirating, informative ride about transportation
*Gran Fiesta Tour -- Kiddie boat ride inside the country of Mexico
*Frozen Ever After -- Kiddie ride inside the country of Norway, based on the Disney movie (VERY popular)

There are several films/shows in the park. I would rank them thusly:
1) American Adventure inside the American pavilion
2) In the China pavilion a 360 degrees film (wraps around the entire room)
3) 2 films in the France area: Impressions de France and a Beauty and the Beast sing-a-long
4) In Canada another 360 film
5) Awesome Planet -- inside the Land pavilion

The theme park is divided into 2 sections. The front is under heavy construction, and the back (World Showcase) is where you get most of the ambiance of the park. It features 11 country themed areas. Also, the showcase is where the best food is found

Our personal favorites:
*Fish and chips from the window near the country of England
*Pastries from the bakeries in Norway or France
*Mexican food from the window in front of the Mexico pavilion
*Peach tea from a Joffreys kiosk (concession stand)

If you can snag a reservation for a table restaurant, there are wonderful options. Reservations can be done on the app I wrote about. Sit down meals are quite expensive, though. Our favorites in no particular order:

Napoli pizzeria
Teppan Edo Japanese steakhouse
Le Cellier Canadian steakhouse
Garden Grille (Dine with Disney characters)
La Hacienda de San Angel
