Problem is Pawl has been left to rot for so long that Vandy, Florida, State, Arky & the Webels have passed LSU by.

I really don’t believe that LSU cares as much about baseball as they used to. Look at our baseball stadium as compared to the other SEC schools.

Yeah it’s still nicer and led the nation in attendance for 22 straight years. What’s your point here? Our team not being as dominant is one thing but that doesn’t have shite to do with the quality of our facilities. We have tops in the country and the best fans in the country.

Yeah...outside of Vandy and Carolina (why no mention of South Carolina?), post the accolades that State, Florida, Ole Miss, and Arky have that LSU doesn’t SINCE Mainieri has been here.
LSU may need a change these days, but this myth that all those teams have long passed LSU by is absurd.

I’m not basing it on that. Just a gut feeling I’ve had for a few years. I don’t get to as many games these days as when I was a student and before life got full blast, but the Box used to be a rocking place. Maybe I’m just getting old.
