Worked at UPS to pay for college(no loans for me). If you work for UPS they will work your arse. It is good to be in shape and have a good positive attitude .Everyone starts by unloading those 40 foot trailers. If you are really intelligent you will get moved up, I enjoyed unloading / loading the next day air. It was(at that time)possible to make some overtime. One challenging job was to direct the packages that only had partial addresses. If you knew the businesses located in your city it was an easy task.I could do 2 to 300 of these in a 4 hour shift.

When you go to stack that last box and the whole pile falls. Yeah, I definitely messed up some packages. Some of the worst were boxes of pamphlets or printer paper only held together by one plastic strap. Assuming the even made it down the belt okay, as soon as they hit the slide to my truck, they were toast.

It’s not how I feel about it, it’s literally what happened. I was directly involved in it. My coworker literally told the boss “I will knock your arse out” and called him a cocksucker and told him to make him leave (after he was fired) and other coworkers tried to convince me to lie for him after they already had because they wanted the head manager out. They told me this to my face! They thought I was “cool” and would do it. frick that I told the truth. I don’t want to work with a violent pos who was also in the news for shooting someone and almost killing them because he was sleeping with the dudes girlfriend.

What does that have to do with that guy being black.
You could be telling the truth, and if so, you are warranted for not wanting to work with them. However, they didn't do that because they're black

Also, the coworker hasn’t been to trial yet for his shooting outside of work. He was put on the do no rehire list for workplace violence by the head manager, and another manager changed it in the system to rehire. These are the facts.
