I remember seeing so many Capital One ads at the Orange Bowl I vowed never to use them again.

Look I’m fine with advertising in sports but this isn’t Little League. Companies shouldn’t be able to just purchase teams especially college teams. I don’t think even soccer with all their jersey ads has companies actually in the club names.

I’m a pretty big proponent of keeping college athletics “amateur”, but it’s hard not to see things like this and laugh at the hypocrisy.

A) Those Red Bull teams are PROFESSIONAL athletes
B) Red Bull (company) owns the teams
