Those meds can cause that sometimes. Are you married/long term? If so just explain to her that it is the meds and not her. I say use it to your advantage and keep her happy with some extended play. All I can say is do not focus on it, and let it play out. Good luck

I'm actually shifting my intake period to night time right before I close my eyes. From searching the internet, side effects are least felt right before dosage time, so figured that would work out. Do the deed then pop the meds and doze

Talk to your doc. May be as simple as a dosage adjustment, or adding another med such as Wellbutrin or Buspar

Weed was the only thing that ever helped me. I know exactly what you are going through but it’s also the anxiety that most people don’t think about. You feeling like something is wrong with you, the chick wondering if it’s her fault somehow, trying for so long you sweat all over yourself and her, possibly pulling a muscle....

Have the same exact problem. The only thing that has somewhat worked is they put me on Cialis to keep plugging away until I can finish. It's still 3-4 hours later but it happens....maybe 10% of the time.
