If i am in the LF bleachers 6 + feet apart; do not see the need for a mask.
I try to be a team player at a grocery store; but this is outdoors! I might be tempted get confrontational with one of those bastard marshals if they are too rude.
Just better to watch at the house now until they remove nanny state mask mandate.

Another aggravating thing I noticed today... If you sit in the suites, the mask rule apparently does not apply. I guess if you pay LSU enough money they don’t care if you’re maskless. It’s BS all around

Plus, I'm waiting to have reconstructive nose surgery due to a deviated septum in 1 and the other clogged up. I caNT breath thru my nose at all.
I wish i was going to the games. Let those asses try to tell me how to wear my mask.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I was on the fence about purchasing tickets next weekend due to the Covid restrictions, but I will not be attending until all these restrictions are lifted. I thought they were probably becoming more laxed when I heard they were moving to 50% capacity but the kind of shite you described in the OP makes my blood boil.

Usher Mrs Shirley has been working my area for 5 years. Really nice lady. She’s 70+ years old and works basketball and baseball games, back to back sometimes.
Told me the other day they have someone in the press box with binoculars looking for people to pop. She thinks it’s fricking stupid and also ironic. LSU will harass fans about the masks for health reasons, but have 70+ yr old women work doubleheader’s in public.

This level of stupidity in the wake of a virus that kills a very small percentage of the population and the over the top absurd reaction of our government officials about things they no literally nothing about is astounding. Yet people still just get in line and march as they are told to do. Think for yourself.
The shoe bomber, 1 guy tried to blow up a plane 20 years ago - 1 fricking guy. Yet, to this day, we still take our shoes off at the airport, in yet another insane government over-reaction to something that is damn near impossible to prevent. Always reactionary - never proactive.
If Katrina taught us anything - our governement is a joke. They can't prevent shite from happening unless it is a foreign invasion with guys wearing uniforms.
