This is a brutal reminder of my cost of living in Dallas. $1149 wouldn't even get you a studio in the shittiest outskirt of town.
Baton Rouge still has some advantages.

45 minutes in a vehicle, twice a day, to live in Prairieville, lol. Your quality of life increases dramatically when move less than 10 minutes from your job.

Nice....but there are some on Lafayette street with a view of the River that might be nicer.

Read title as “Heroin Apartments “ when I clicked in. Surprised it wasn’t heroin.

Does spending more money to live in fricking br really “dramatically” increase your quality of life? I don’t think so.

I looked at those but for the same price I would be looking at a 500sqft studio.

Have a new employee that lives there he loves it. Very very nice . Wouldn’t hesitate to do so myself.

723 sq.ft., 1 br, 1 ba, $1149/month.
I had a hard time finding a decent one bedroom apartment in NO for under $1200 15 years ago

I’d rather live on Jennifer Jean. Apartments in this town are for the birds.

You’re delusional if you think moving to downtown br is a dramatic increase in quality of life over commuting from pville

Christian St was clutch the last year I lived in BR, circa 2012. Walking distance to overpass bars and restaurants and 5-7 mins to DT.

Stay away from the Greyhound bus station, where is the nearest grocery store in relation to this place?

Pool looks cool
From the pic goofball posted, those are some tiny balconies/patios. The first floor is really close to the pool. Is there a parking garage or reserved covered parking?
