President* Biden: The bottom line is this: We need the American Rescue Plan now!

I feel like his interns did this tweet 3, 4 or 5 times before. It almost seems like the account is the same as a wind-up doll: comes pre-loaded with five sayings and repeats them over and over. That said, how about a bill that benefits Americans, not illegals and other countries and this country's politicians to the tune of 90%?

Any named "plan" or "bill" that is passed by Congress always does the opposite.
