We are installing some new system that they created and they are messing everything up. We’re having to call some other contractor to come and fix their mess ups on their own system

Yes. I’m a builder and I’ve had more bullshite with Honeywell than any other brand. Especially when I have a cheap client and they want to do a split system on 2 stories instead of 2 separate units. Honeywell splits are fricking trash
If they have the money I push for Trane. If they don’t - I push Lennox. Both have always had good products and excellent customer service. I think Carrier is better than Honeywell too.
I find Honeywell makes a lot of products without comps too. So I’ve had projects get delayed because of a Honeywell backorder and there wasn’t a comp in their brand or any others that I could at least get to get the unit going and close people on time.

Call Maverick Tech. Lots of projects fixing what Honeywell left.
Honeywell routes most stuff to Mumbai, then it comes back with errors, then they charge you to fix those back in Mumbai. Rinse, repeat.

Just put in a ticket with TAC. They’ll get back with you as soon as possible which will be in 2 - 3 months.

Which?
North BR or Geismar?
The one in BR is a death trap, in seriously shtt condition.

I work for a distributor, so I have to deal with Honeywell pretty often. They’re pretty high on the list of worst to deal with when it comes to any sort of service. What type of system is it?

Honeywell - you can buy better but you can't pay more.
I've worked with all of the automation suppliers and you need to have a staff that works with them from design, installation, commissioning, cut-over and maintenance.
