First? Far from the first time this has been brought up.

With that said it’s a damn strong ticket

Unable, both are residents of Florida, I mean they could ,but in a close election FL is a big State it would be wise they both do not run as residents of FL.

I'm all for it but something has to change regarding the election trickery.

As far as I am concerned Trump could ride off into the sunset after two years and leave Desantis as pres.

So you’re saying trump could change his residency to Texas and the dream team is legal?

It can be defeated this way: once all's said and done in the primary process, each and every person so inclined to vote against the Democratic candidate must eagerly do so and also eagerly get others to do so irregardless of any qualms they may have with the eventual nominee. Must leave differences in principles and position on issues at the voting booth door. As much as the concept is derided by many, yes, it will be absolutely necessary to vote for whomever the Republican candidate is simply because they're not the Democrat.

If record numbers of people will vote against the Democrat, those overwhelming numbers will cause too much stress to their "system" and it will break down. That will cause them to make fatal mistakes. No Republican/rightist voter can take a "principled stand" against the Republican candidate.....EVERYONE must vote regardless.

No one with the name Trump is going to be elected to high Federal office. The Trump name is completely disgraced and discredited. If Donald Trump is the Repub nominee for POTUS in 2024, he will lose by more than 10 million votes.

My point would stand regardless of whether it be Donald Trump or whoever else. But I would also push back on your point a little bit as well. The Dems and media did sorta go above and beyond to discredit Trump from the earliest days of his 2016 campaign, yet he won in '16 despite that. And what's more is he increased his '16 vote total by 12+ million votes in '20. So it's not like he "hemorrhaged" voter support as a result of the unprecedented discrediting campaign against him during his entire 4 years in office, as some would like to suggest.

So however folks choose to explain how he gained so much voter support, yet a candidate like Biden somehow ended up with the number he did....obviously folks have greatly varying opinions on that. But I would certainly say that the wildcard factor in '24 not present in '20 would/will be a 4 year record on which to judge Biden. If he stays the current course, that factor will not be in his favor.

DeSantis shouldn’t ever be wasted in a backup roll for 4 years!

Trump is fixing to be President again but for an additional 8 years

2028 will be the time we need a new one!

True
But dominions 'corrections' (verified and proven) won't be heard in any court so the dem candidate wins again.

I was thinking of the idea of putting Stephanik of NY in mix as a VP candidate. She is all MAGA and would make the Democrats defend Blue area's. She a conservative women with big brass balls. Just a thought.

If the dems are allowed to stay in power until 2024 there will be nothing left. If they aren’t punished for the treason already committed why would they not just cheat again? The top politicians, justice system will have to be removed along with msm or Trump will be crucified prior to 2024

Who gives a shite if he loses the popular vote? CA and NY damn near cause the entire popular vote difference.

We'll see. Personally, I don't think Trump will have another run in him. The US presidency takes its toll (swamp fumes + intense stress, the likes of which Trump endured like no president before him had ever seen). He could have sailed through the next four years, but a break will be difficult for any man, especially approaching 80.

I think he crowns DeSantis, and with good reason. DeSantis has come into his own right and would be a great MAGA successor.

Caveat: traps are currently being set left and right for DeSantis and there is plenty of time over the next 3 years for more.

Desantis isnt running as a second fiddle. He has the resume to stand on his own and he should. He is everything Trump is but without the "horseface" tweeting that turned alot off. Sure something will be conjured up about Desantis but....that's inevitable about any decent R candidate

A Desantis /James ticket is my pick.
