Meh - we were at half-staff for about 60% of the Obama Presidency.
I can live with Florida doing it for Rush H. Limbaugh, III - the most significant unelected political figure of the last 50 years of the United States. Accomplished everything with his own money, too.

Because the Florida governor has the right to make that call. I don't know why you'd do it for Limbaugh until I look at who all Obama did it for. I don't remember anybody bucking his orders because they thought they were political, which they frequently were.

Ahh, I guess I didn't realize DeSantis was asking, and she denied. I just don't think it should be done for anyone short of someone gave their life to either the military or some other worthwhile civil servant. Not for ANY entertainers or pseudo-victims.

She's incompetent and incompetent but has been on the flight path towards governorship for a while. She's the kind of politician that is " what political office is open that i can win regardless of whether i can do the job"
