What are some shows that you watch from Season 1 to the End, then repeat the cycle?

For me I have two, it is almost all I watch still if I'm not watching live sports or mma.

The first is Star Trek: TNG

Nothing gets old for me traveling through the Galaxy within our quadrant of space. I'm not much of a TOS fan, but do put on STV at times if I'm not watching TNG Trek. Oddly, I hated Star Trek growing up, but got into Trek during my mid-20s.

Picard is my Captain.

The second used to be The Office

While since taken off of Netflix I have not viewed once, but prior to the shows removal it was on repeat in the background for nearly 10yrs while gaming. Interestingly enough, like Trek, I too hated The Office before my mid-20s.

What is strange is how it became popular with younger kids. This is my birthday cake before that time.

I used to rewatch seasons 1-3, sometimes up to 5.

I can't stomach the rest.

So as soon as it’s over you just start the season again?

I refuse to believe anybody watches Season 1 of TNG all the way through. Don’t get me wrong, there are a few episodes worth watching like Where No One Has Gone Before and The Big Goodbye. But the vast majority of those episodes (>18) suck.

The crazy thing I love it for how bad it is, it also has some decent episodes, very few.

The sweet spot for TNG is S4-S5.

The First 48 isn't dead, but it should be when Tulsa and Birminghan are the big players. I miss Miami, Houston, Dallas and NOLA being involved. Some days I leave th TV on A&E all afternpoon.

The ones my wife and I fall back on the most when we can't decide on anything else are The Office, Scrubs, Parks and Rec, Friends, X-Files, House, Law and Order: SVU, and Bob Ross - The Joy of Painting.

Always Sunny in Philadelphia is another that's on repeat but since it's not done airing it doesn't technically count for what OP asked.

Agents of SHIELD has slowly started to work it's way into that rotation as well which is kind of funny b/c I never thought my wife would have liked it enough to do a rewatch.

My wife also likes Big Bag Theory which I'm not a huge fan if though I can stick around for two to three episode bursts depending on who the episode is focused on. If it's Sheldon I'm down. If it's Wolowitz I sleep. Meanwhile my secret shame is Ally McBeal which she relentlessly makes fun of me for liking b/c she knows I watch it b/c of Lucy Liu. She does get a kick out of Peter MacNicol though and always does quotes from Ghostbusters 2 when he comes on screen.
