Listening to Trump speak about Rush makes me think he would do great taking over.

Who could do better, carry such a large audience and keep the revolution going? I think he'd be great for radio.

Another thread about this and the consensus is an overwhelming no. Trump is not built to carry a 3 hour radio show 5 days a week. He goes of on tangents too often.

Rush had a burning desire to be good at radio, which is what made him good at radio.

He's too fricking lazy to do a daily show. No way no how.

No. Rush was a legit professional when it came to talk radio. Ya can't just place somebody else in there just because they are popular. Nothing against trump, but.. I don't think he can do it.

Trump would be good as an occasional guest on a talk radio show.

Trump isn't cut out for talk radio, every day, for three hours. Sorry.
His talent lies in his unapologetic fight for America, not making continuous, nuanced arguments against the left like Rush did.

Nope.

I’m not confident they replace Rush with anyone at all.

The left will see this as an opportunity to cancel a leading media source for conservatives and they just might get it.

He’s going to need the money for sure to pay the lawyer fees for all the upcoming trials.

It’s nearly impossible to replicate the fear mongering, bigotry and hypocrisy that is Rush’s legacy. Trump could be a suitable replacement, but they’ll never be another Rush.

And that’s a good thing.

Put Don Jr in as host with frequent appearances by his father and siblings with guest appearances by conservative pundits and influencers like James Woods then lean on a clever creative professional side kick to fill in the gaps.

Also someone like Rick Grenell would be great to bring in as a regular contributor.
They need to find a way to attract a younger audience who will stay with EIB for another 20 years.
